• Temperature control
The FLTZ -100℃~90℃ recirculation chiller uses low-temperature cascade refrigeration technology to enable the equipment to reach a lower operating temperature. The temperature range of -100℃~90℃ and the temperature control accuracy of ±0.05℃ can meet the temperature control requirements of most process cooling.
• Coolant
The coolant used in the FLTZ -100℃~90℃ recirculation chiller is fluorinated liquid, which has a high thermal conductivity and low viscosity, and can improve cooling efficiency. In addition, we use environmentally friendly fluorinated liquid, which has less impact on the human body and the environment and is not easy to corrode pipelines and equipment.
• Compressor
This chiller uses a well-known brand of variable frequency compressor. By adjusting the speed of the compressor, it can automatically adjust the cooling or heating amount according to actual needs. It can run at a lower speed when the load is low, avoiding energy waste when the load changes, and reducing the noise and vibration of the compressor.
• Expansion valve
FLTZ -100℃~90℃ recirculation chiller uses electronic expansion valve, which monitors and adjusts the opening of expansion valve in real time through electronic sensor and control system, achieving more accurate flow control than thermal expansion valve.
• Evaporator
FLTZ -100℃~90℃ recirculating water chiller uses plate heat exchanger, which exchanges heat through the flow of fluid between plates. Its unique flow channel design speeds up the heat exchange process of fluid. Plate heat exchanger has compact structure and occupies less space.
