Designed for metal cryogenic treatment, aerospace testing and pharmaceutical storage, these freezers feature cascade refrigeration systems with Emerson /Carlyle compressors for rapid cooling. LNEYA cryogenic freezer Description

LNEYA cryogenic freezer adopts a military-grade 304 stainless steel inner liner and a 200mm vacuum insulated panel (VIP) composite insulation layer, which is corrosion-resistant and has a cold loss rate of less than 5%/24h. The heavy-duty structural design supports a maximum volume of 1600L and a dynamic load of 500KG. The door body is equipped with a hydraulic buffer device and a dual-sealing system. Different industrial scenarios are provided with explosion-proof type (ATEX certified), clean room type (ISO Class 5), and high humidity environment-specific versions. All models have passed 72-hour uninterrupted pressure tests to ensure reliability in high-frequency usage scenarios such as cold assembly of automotive parts and semiconductor material testing.
