ENVIRONMENTAL TEST CHAMBERS APPLICATIONS

It is generally used for machine cooling and spindle cooling in the production process, temperature control of various drugs and preparation processes in the pharmaceutical field, and temperature control of chemical reactions such as chemical or laboratory crystallization and synthesis, as well as new energy vehicle testing and semiconductor .

Direct cooling means that the cooling water is in direct contact with the back face of the target material that is being sputtered from the front face. Indirect cooling is where the water cools a metal plate and the target material is in contact with the cooled plate.
