heating circulator

  • Equipped with heating cooling container, with large heat transfer area;
  • Can heat-up and cool-down continuously,fast heat-up and cool-down, small heat transfer oil demand.
  • Three sealed mold layer of insulation, Extra-thick high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer, the effect of good insulation; Inline vacuum insulation panels;
  • Alternative to liquid nitrogen, high safety.

LNEYA heating circulator (also known as a constant temperature circulator or a refrigerated heating circulator) is an equipment used for precise temperature control. It provides stable heating or cooling functions for reaction vessels, reactors or other experimental and industrial equipment by circulating a heat-conducting medium(such as water, oil or refrigerant).

Heat apparatus: provide a heat source and convert electrical energy into thermal energy, and heat the heat-conducting medium.

Circulating Pump: the driving heat-conducting medium circulates within the system to ensure that the heat is uniformly transferred to the target equipment (such as reaction vessels, microchannel reactors, etc.). The circulating pump is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and its flow rate can be adjusted.

Will it shut down when the liquid level is low, or will it only issue an alarm?
Our standard machine will not alarm. If you have any requirements, we can provide optional configurations.
