Details of Temperature forcing system/thermal stream

It is recommended that AES series be used with a dryer. The whole equipment has only one air inlet. You provide dry compressed air or nitrogen that first passes through the pressure reducing valve outside the equipment, and then enters the equipment through the air inlet for temperature rise and fall.
The equipment passes the treated gas into the airflow hood to control the temperature rise and fall of the components in the airflow hood. The mechanical arm of the equipment can rotate at an angle of up to 285℃, the operable radius is 1.2m, and the air hood has a lifting height travel of 400mm, which can meet different experimental requirements.

Thermal shock testing simulates a products life cycle by exposing the product to rapid changes of temperatures ranging from -60°C to 170°C. This is completed by using a dual climate chamber that will transfer the product from one temperature extreme to the other, in less than 30 seconds.
