During the cooling process, the circulating pump delivers the coolant from the industrial chiller to your process to absorb heat and reduce the temperature of your equipment. After the coolant temperature rises, it returns to the chiller to be cooled again and start the next cycle.

There are four basic components of the industrial chiller, and their functions are as follows:

• Compressor: After the refrigerant enters the compressor, it will be compressed and output as a high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas.
• Condenser: The refrigerant is condensed into a low-pressure and low-temperature liquid under the action of an air-cooled condenser or a water-cooled condenser.
• Expansion valve: The liquid refrigerant flows to the expansion valve, and the temperature and pressure will be reduced again.
• Evaporator: After the refrigerant liquid enters the evaporator, it absorbs the heat of the coolant and evaporates into gas, which is sucked in and compressed by the compressor again to form a cycle.
