Reduce refrigerant consumption
WTD reactor temperature control system adopts fully enclosed pipeline design, and the internal flow channel is compact. Under the premise of ensuring the cooling effect, it can reduce the amount of refrigerant charged and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
Cooling method
WTD reactor temperature control system provides two cooling methods: air cooling and water cooling. The evaporator used is a plate heat exchanger with higher heat exchange efficiency.
The WTD reactor temperature control system integrates cooling and heating functions, with a control accuracy of ±0.03℃~±0.05℃, which can keep the temperature in the reactor within the ideal range. Therefore, it is an important auxiliary equipment for microchannel reactors. At present, the WTD reactor temperature control system has been widely used in the fields of medicine, chemical industry etc.
