Magnetic drive pump
SUNDI-60℃~250℃ chiller heaters are equipped with magnetic drive pumps. Since no mechanical seal is used, there is no shaft seal leakage problem, and you do not need to spend money to regularly check the pump for leakage or replace the mechanical seal.
Extraction
Extraction is a process of separating the target substance from a mixture through a solvent. The principle is that different components have different solubility in the solvent. The temperature needs to be strictly controlled during the extraction process to prevent the target component from decomposing at too high a temperature or incomplete reaction at too low a temperature. This requires the use of a chiller heater combo.
Distillation and rectification
In molecular distillation or azeotropic distillation, the refrigeration system and heating system of the process chiller heater respectively control the temperature of the condensation section and the heating section to help evaporate high-boiling substances and cool down to recover the target components.
Crystallization and recrystallization
SUNDI-60℃~250℃ chiller heater unit plays an important role in the crystallization process of chemicals. Accurate temperature control can regulate the growth rate of crystals and avoid impurities in the crystals. During the recrystallization process, rapid cooling can inhibit side reactions and improve crystal uniformity.
