Ultra-low temperature refrigerator is also known as cryopreservation box, cryogenic refrigerator, cryopreservation box and so on, the common low temperature refrigerator of which is -65 ℃ ~ -10℃.
The refrigeration system of ultra-low temperature refrigerator basically adopts the working principle of cascade refrigeration and is equipped with two fully enclosed compressors as high and low temperature compressor. The copper tube of the low-temperature evaporator is attached directly to the outside of the inner box in the form of a coil and with heat transfer cement block between the coil and the box wall of the gap, to increase the heat exchange effect. The condensing evaporator is a shell tube structure with four tubes of the thread-shaped copper tube and a countercurrent heat exchange.
The cryogenic stage system is equipped with a gas heat exchanger to make the low-pressure gas coming out of the evaporator heat exchange with the high-pressure gas before the condenser-evaporator, which not only reduces the heat load of the condensing evaporator but also makes full use of the heat.The wax removal filter is the most common, the main purpose of the filter is to remove the paraffin from the frozen oil in order to reduce the possibility of “oil plugging” in the system.
