LNEYA thermal control unit heats and cools to keep the process temperature within range. It handles high heat and adapts cooling and heating to your needs. The SUNDIZ process chiller runs from -45℃ to 250℃, switches between hot and cold, and cools quickly even at high temperatures. It offers ±0.1℃ medium control and ±0.3℃ process control, ideal for pharma, chemical, semiconductor, new energy, and aerospace.

SUNDIZ -45℃~250℃ chiller heater unit uses VFD, which can automatically control the output flow and pressure according to the actual cooling and heating needs, reduce power consumption, and save more than 20% energy compared to fixed frequency bandwidth.

Fully enclosed
The SUNDIZ-45℃~250℃ thermal control unit adopts a fully enclosed pipeline design. The heat transfer medium in the expansion container does not participate in the circulation. The expansion tank temperature is maintained at a room temperature of 60℃, which effectively reduces the risk of the heat transfer medium absorbing moisture and volatilizing during the operation of the chiller.
