The principle and the function has many advantages to using staff: because only expansion of cavity in the body heat conduction medium contact with oxygen in the air (and expansion tank temperature at room temperature to 60 degrees), can achieve lower heat conduction medium absorbed by oxidation and the risk of air moisture.
No heat conduction medium evaporates at high temperature, and it can be achieved -80 ~ 190 degrees, -70 ~ 220 degrees, -88 ~ 170 degrees, -55 ~ 250 degrees, -30 ~ 300 degree continuous temperature control without pressurization.

Adopt full closed pipe design, adopt high efficiency plate heat exchanger, reduce the demand of heat conduction liquid, improve the heat utilization rate of the system, reach the rapid lifting temperature.Thermal conductive medium in a closed system, with a container, expand the heat-conducting medium not participate in circulation in the container, whether high or low temperatures, expansion tank temperature to room temperature to 60 degrees, can reduce the heat conduction medium in running the risk of absorb the moisture and volatile.

Cautions of Using Industrial Process Chiller

1. Installation(check whether the machine is damaged, choose a proper place for easy installation and maintenance)

2. The site of the installation unit must be the floor, the installation pad or the foundation, with the level within 6.4mm, and can bear the operating weight of the unit.

3. The unit should be placed in the machine room with a temperature of 4.4-43.3. There should be enough space around and above the unit to carry out routine maintenance work.

4. One end of the unit should be set aside the space to clean the pipe of the condenser tube, and you can also use the door hole or other suitable openings.

5. Select the water pipe with proper pipe diameter, the cooling system and cold water system of the maximum power operation of the unit, and then connect them correctly.

6. For normal uses, the flow rate of evaporator and condenser is allowed between 1.0-3.6m/s.

7. Under any load conditions, the water flow should be stable.

8. For economic and efficient use of water chillers, we suggest that ask water treatment expert analyze of the evaporator and condenser water supply water quality. Because the bad quality will cause fouling to influence heat transfer, or corrosion precipitation and breed organic matter, influence the performance of the unit, increase the operational and maintenance costs.
