At high temperature, no heat conducting medium evaporates, and continuous temperature control of – 80℃ ~ 190℃, – 70℃ ~ 220℃, – 88℃ ~ 170℃, – 55℃ ~ 250℃ and – 30℃ ~ 300℃ can be realized without pressurization.
