For large-temperature-difference freezer refrigeration systems without high-pressure reservoirs and low-pressure vapor-liquid separators, the control of refrigerant charge is particularly important. Because the refrigeration system is a condenser and also acts as a high-pressure reservoir, the refrigerant is stored in the condenser, and the condenser is cooled. The heat dissipation area is reduced and the condensing pressure is increased, resulting in a decrease in cooling capacity.
For the control of the refrigerant charge of such a large temperature difference freezer, during the charging process, the temperature of the condenser casing should be touched, the upper outlet of the condenser outlet is heated, and the outlet below the outlet is cool (heating) It is indicated that there is a high-temperature exhaust gas of the compressor condensing inside, and the cooling is cold, indicating that the water-cooled large temperature difference refrigerator is a liquid space). Secondly, look at the suction pressure, which corresponds to the temperature of the refrigerant water in the evaporator (that is, corresponds to the evaporation temperature).
