Q: What is the fault code of the chiller?
Answer: E1 means extremely high indoor temperature alarm, E2 means extremely high temperature alarm, E3 means extremely low temperature alarm, E4 means indoor temperature controller failure, E5 means water temperature sensor failure, E6 means water output alarm, etc. . The fault codes of industrial chillers are in different manufacturers. The fault codes are different. According to the different chiller fault codes, it is easier to find the fault problem and deal with the chiller fault immediately.
Generally, people will see two areas on the control panel of the device, namely the PV area and the SV area. The former one expresses the specific temperature, and the latter one sets the temperature. When a fault occurs, the PV displays the information fault number and the SV displays the information fault name.
For example, the number of the information fault displayed in the PV area is 1, and the name of the information fault displayed in the SV area is Err01. The reason is wrong phase maintenance failure, three-phase power failure (suspicion is caused by wrong phase / reverse phase / phase leakage);
When the number of the information fault displayed in the PV area is expressed as 2, 3, and 4, the name of the information fault displayed in the SV area is also Err02, Err03, and Err04. The reason is the high pressure of No. 2 refrigeration compressor, the bottom pressure of No. 2 refrigeration compressor, and the load of No. 2 refrigeration compressor. At this time, the solution is to stop No. 2 refrigeration compressor;
When the number of information faults displayed in the PV area is expressed as 5, 6, and 7, the names of the information faults displayed in the SV area are also Err05, Err06, and Err07. The reason is the high pressure of No. 2 refrigeration compressor, the bottom pressure of No. 2 refrigeration compressor, and the load of No. 2 refrigeration compressor. At this time, the solution is to stop No. 2 refrigeration compressor;
The number of the information fault displayed in the PV area is 8, and the name of the information fault displayed in the SV area is Err08. The reason is that the refrigerated centrifugal water pump is too low, the solution is that the water flow of the refrigerated pump is not enough (shutdown group);
The number of the information fault displayed in the PV area is 9, and the name of the information fault displayed in the SV area is Err09. The reason is the load of the refrigerated centrifugal water pump, the solution is that the load of the refrigerated pump is large (shutdown group);
The number of the information fault displayed in the PV area is 10, and the name of the information fault displayed in the SV area is Err10. The reason is that the cooling circulation water pressure is too low (the centrifugal fan is over temperature), the cooling pump water flow is not enough (to stop all refrigeration compressors and cooling pumps, the refrigeration pump does not need to stop);
The number of the information fault displayed in the PV area is 11, and the name of the information fault displayed in the SV area is Err11. The reason is that the cooling centrifugal water pump load (centrifugal fan load) and the cooling pump load are very large (to stop all refrigeration compressors and cooling pumps, the refrigeration pump does not need to stop);
The number of the information fault displayed in the PV area is 12, and the name of the information fault displayed in the SV area is Err12. The reason is that the refrigerating temperature is lower than the temperature set by SV (S2), shut down the group. In some cases, other fault codes will continue to appear, and people are not going to analyze it here today.
In the whole process of applying the industrial chiller, many problems are caused by the alarm of the industrial chiller. There are many different methods of alarm, generally light effect alarm, audible alarm and code alarm. According to the different manufacturing design schemes of the chiller plant, the types of alarm methods that will be generated by the same problem are different, but whether it is a light effect alarm or a sound and code alarm, it must be highly valued by the customer. The common alarm problem of industrial chillers is the high pressure and low pressure alarm.
There are many reasons for the bottom pressure alarm, which is caused by the large refrigerant charge or related problems. Most of the high pressure alarms are caused by problems such as overtemperature and insufficient refrigeration, including insufficient refrigerant quantity or cooling water flow (water-cooled heat sink chiller closed cooling tower and its centrifugal water pump, pipeline), refrigerant leakage or pipeline Blockages, debris, and dirt, and the chiller system software cause problems such as low total flow and slow water flow, which eventually cause alarms and failures.
