Wuxi Guanya Refrigeration technology co., ltd is a professional manufacturer of refrigeration equipment in China. The low temp circulator is a new product designed and manufactured by Wuxi Guanya Refrigeration technology co., ltd with many years of experience in refrigeration, heating and temperature control. It integrates advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad with practical application.
The low temp circulator adopts imported brand semi-enclosed piston compressor, semi-enclosed piston two-stage compressor and semi-enclosed screw compressor, and the evaporator adopts high-power plate heat exchanger. It has small size and high efficiency. It adopts a complete set of imported cold control units (DANFOSS pressure controller, balance valve, expansion valve, solenoid valve, drying filter, Emerson oil separator, ALCO liquid mirror, one-way valve, etc.). The cooling water loop of the unit adopts intermediate heat exchanger, which significantly improves the reliability and safety of the system. It uses DANFOSS electronic expansion valve with high control precision. It uses Siemens PLCS7-200/300 PLC and LNEYA touch screen display for automatic control operation. It has temperature curve display, temperature record U disk, fault alarm record. The large refrigeration unit adopts semi-closed screw compressor with economizer and it combines with electronic expansion valve for control to ensure high efficiency and energy saving.
Wuxi Guanya Refrigeration technology co., ltd is self-disciplined. We are committed to the production and development of low temp circulator more stable and efficient cryogenic cycle with the installation of the whole machine. The system has been tested in the factory. Users only need to install refrigerant pipeline and cooling water pipeline to run.
The factory tests each refrigeration unit in the factory. Load test not less than 12 hours.
