Refrigerated Circulators are frequently used in industry. Circulating coolers are required for the heating parts of various equipment, so the operating efficiency is very important.
Therefore, we need to perform maintenance from the following aspects:
Cooling water and water pipes
During the operation of the circulating chiller, it is necessary to frequently check whether the cooling water pipe connection is safe and firm, and whether the flow, temperature and pressure of the cooling water are appropriate, so as to avoid excessive or insufficient water flow and affect the cooling effect of the circulating chiller.
Circulating water level and quantity
Operators also need to set a time to check the circulating water position of the water tank on a specific date each year to avoid the water level dropping without knowing it, resulting in insufficient circulating water supply, so it is necessary to check and replenish the circulating water regularly.
Water quality
During the use of the circulating chiller, in order to prevent the growth of microorganisms and other substances in the circulating water, which will affect the cooling effect of the circulating chiller, it is necessary to pay attention to the water quality problem. It is recommended to check the water quality problem regularly and replace the water quality at least once a year.
Regular cleaning
The compressor air-cooling filter and cooling fan blades in the circulating chiller should be cleaned regularly. It is recommended to clean them every 6 months. After cleaning, 1 to 2 drops of lubricating oil should be added to the fan bearing of the circulating chiller.
In order to reduce the impact of scale on the flow and cooling capacity of the circulating chiller, the pipeline should be cleaned every 5 years (every 2 years if tap water is used for cooling) to reduce the generation of scale in the pipeline.

Air-cooled refrigerated circulatorsr: uses air to dissipate the heat generated by the condenser. Suitable for small laboratories or environments with limited water supply.
It eliminates the need for cooling towers, cooling water pumps and piping systems required for the cooling water system, avoiding problems such as condenser scaling and water pipe blockage in areas with poor water quality, while also saving water resources.
Water-cooled  refrigerated circulators: uses water to cool the condenser. Suitable for large laboratories or applications that require higher cooling capacity.
 
Difference:
The one-time investment of air-cooled water chillers is slightly higher than that of water-cooled chillers, but the annual operating cost is lower than that of water-cooled chillers, the construction cost of the machine room is less than that of various air-conditioning cold and heat source systems, and the maintenance cost is about 10% or half of that of boilers.
