APPLICATIONS

Compressed air enters the gas rapid temperature change tester, which has a built-in dryer to pre-dry the gas to a dew point temperature below -70°C, and performs cooling and heating temperature control to output a gas with a stable flow rate, pressure and constant temperature. The temperature of the target object (such as various temperature control chucks, cavity environment, heat plate, material shuttle, cavity, electronic components, etc.) can be controlled according to the temperature sensor on the remote chuck to control the process temperature and automatically adjust the temperature of the output gas.
