Controller function of industrial chiller
In the use of industrial water chiller, the controller is the key point, so, do you know the function of the chiller temperature controller? Today, we’re going to talk about it!
1. The flow switch of the chiller is used as the control or interruption protection of the fluid flow in the pipe. When the fluid flow reaches the setting value, the switch will be automatically cutoff (or switched on) the circuit.
2. Temperature controller
The temperature controller of the industrial chiller is used as the control or protection of the unit. When the temperature reaches the setting value, the switch will be automatically cut off (or switched on). In our products, the temperature control is often used to control the unit’s downtime with the temperature of the tank. And some of them need to be used as temperature controller.
3. Oil pressure controller:
Cold water machine has a unique built-in type hydraulic system. It can ensure the compressor to maintain the best effect of lubrication without the oil pump. And oil separator adopts double filtering method, resulting good oil filter and maximized capacity of heat exchanger.
