LNEYA low temperature chiller selection classification description
Different enterprises and different industries have different requirements for the low-temperature chiller of Wuxi Guanya (LNEYA). The choice of models is also different, so it is better to understand them in the selection.
The low temperature chiller is a refrigeration device produced by LNEYA using a single-machine self-cascading refrigeration technology to transfer heat from an object below the ambient temperature to an environmental medium. There are many types of cryogenic chillers, compression type (including steam and air compressors), absorption type and steam injection type, among which steam compression type is more common.
The principle of running a low-temperature chiller is also to be understood. In order to continuously cool, a compressor is required to suck the vaporized low-pressure steam from the evaporator, work on it, compress it into a high-pressure superheated steam, and then discharge it. Into the condenser (the pressure is increased in order to make the refrigerant vapor easily release heat at normal temperature and condense into a liquid). The high-pressure superheated steam is condensed into a liquid in the condenser by using cooling water or air, and the heat is taken away, and the refrigerant liquid is discharged from the bottom of the condenser. This cycle is repeated to achieve continuous cooling. In a nutshell, this refrigeration method is to vaporize the refrigerant under low temperature and low pressure to absorb the heat of the surrounding medium, and condense and liquefy under normal temperature and high pressure to release heat from the cooling water (or air). In order for the refrigerant to achieve such heat transfer, it is necessary to provide low pressure and high pressure conditions corresponding to the evaporation temperature and the liquefaction temperature, which conditions are created by the compressor. Therefore, in the vapor compression refrigeration cycle, the low temperature chiller can only have a compressor to continuously transfer the heat of the low temperature object to the normal temperature medium, thereby achieving the purpose of refrigeration.
