The air cooled screw compressor chiller is mainly composed of the screw compressor, expansion valve, condenser, evaporator, and other components.

Screw Compressor  
It is the power source of the air-cooled screw chiller system. Its main function is to extract the vapor from the evaporator in a timely manner, maintain low temperature and low pressure, and increase the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant vapor through compression, creating conditions for the heat transfer of the refrigerant vapor to the external environment.
Condenser  
The air-cooled screw chiller uses a finned condenser. The condenser is a heat exchange device that works by transferring the heat of the high-temperature, high-pressure vapor discharged from the compressor to the surrounding cooling medium.
Expansion Valve  
Since the high-pressure, normal-temperature refrigerant liquid cannot be directly sent into the low-temperature, low-pressure evaporator, it needs to be depressurized and its temperature reduced. Therefore, the expansion valve is used to obtain low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant, which is then sent to the evaporator to absorb heat and vaporize.
 Evaporator  
Similar to the condenser, the evaporator is also a heat exchange device. It evaporates the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant liquid into vapor, absorbs heat from the cooled medium, reduces the temperature of the cooled medium, and provides low-temperature chilled water to achieve cooling. The evaporator, like the condenser, must have a sufficiently large area to work effectively.
