Closed circulation system

The whole system is full closed circulation, there is no oil mist at high temperature and no water vapor at low temperature, pressure do not rise up when system is running. The system will supply oil automatically at low temperature.

The Correct Use of the Refrigerant in the Temperature Control System

If the temperature control system has been used for more than six months, or the high and low pressure often fails, or the cooling capacity is reduced, please arrange the staff to clean the radiator.We all know that refrigerants are an essential material for the use of temperature control systems. Then do you know how much the refrigerant is suitable for the temperature control system in subzero 90 to 250?

When the temperature control system uses the pump filling machine to fill the refrigerant, it only needs to close the empty cut-off valve on the empty filling machine after the end of the pump, and the refrigerant can be filled to the refrigeration system by opening the filling valve. Under the certain amount of the filling in the cold water machine, neither too much nor too little, the small temperature control system use the quantitative filling device to fill the refrigerant by filling the refrigerant, it only needs to close the three valves after the vacuum of the refrigerating device and stop the vacuum pump, and dismantle the joint of the pressure resistant rubber tube connected with the vacuum pump and install it in the quantitative filling device. Open the liquid outlet valve and drain the air in the hose, then tighten the connector of the hose to check whether it leaks.

When the refrigerant of the temperature control system is filled with the refrigerant, read the pressure gauge on the filling device at the very first, the rotate the scale sleeve, and the quantitative liquid line corresponding to the pressure gauge is found on the sleeve, and the initial level of the liquid surface of the refrigerant in the glass tube is recorded. Then open the three-way valve, the refrigerant enters the refrigeration system through the hose, and the liquid level of the refrigerant in the glass tube begins to decrease. When the required amount of filling is achieved, close the discharge chamber and the three links on the charging device and the charging operation end.
