KRY 0~100 six-channel chiller adopts water cooled type. The temperature of this six channels is uniform, but the flow rate and pressure are controlled independently. If your industry need to control temperature, flow rate and pressure simultaneously, LNEYA support customization for you. Its temperature control accuracy is around 0.3℃. The flow control accuracy of each channel is around 0.2L/min. The pressure control of each channel is 0.2bar~2.5bar. The centrifugal pump KRY 0~100 six-channel chiller uses can be optionally equipped with magnetic drive pump.

  • The interior of pipeline:internal structure of the pipeline Lneya’s automotive chiller uses is made of stainless steel SUS304, copper, ceramic, silicon carbide, silicone sealant and PTFE.
  • Touch Screen: The multifunctional image display presents comprehensive important data information, such as data, lines and annotations. The operation safety status is continuously monitored and visualized on the touch screen.
  • Shell Material: uses cold-rolled sheet powder coating RAL7035. The color of our automotive chiller is a light greyish-brown tone, taking into account both the requirements for rust prevention and aesthetics.

In present, there are two methods for controlling flow rate and pressure in the market. One is to adjust the main path and bypass through a proportional valve, and the other is to control the variable frequency pump through a frequency converter. The proportional valve adjustment is generally applied in the normal temperature section and high-temperature section. This method is suitable for cases where the required response time is long, the flow control accuracy is not high (around 0.3L/min). If high-precision control, short response time and low-temperature resistance are required, the general proportional valve spool can not meet the requirements. The cost of imported high-precision proportional valves is high, and they are prone to leakage at low temperatures. The adjustment method of controlling the variable frequency pump through a frequency converter avoids the defects of the proportional valve.

The number of channels should be matched with the capacity.
Determine whether the cooling capacity of each channel of the channel chiller can meet the corresponding heat load requirements, and consider the possible future load increase. Select the appropriate number of channels and total cooling capacity.
Temperature range and accuracy you need:
Consider the low and high working temperatures that each channel of the channel chiller needs to reach, as well as the requirements for temperature control accuracy, to ensure that the performance parameters of the chiller meet the application requirements.
Independent temperature control function: 
Multi-channel chiller should have the ability to independently adjust the temperature of each channel to adapt to different experimental or production process conditions.
Compatibility and connection method:
Select the appropriate model of the chiller based on the interface type and size of the equipment to be cooled, and confirm whether the pipeline connection is convenient and whether the medium (such as water or heat transfer oil) is compatible.
Control system and intelligence:
Understand whether the control system of the channel chiller is feasible, and whether it supports remote monitoring, program setting and other functions, to facilitate operation and management.
Protection mechanism:
Ensure that the channel chiller is equipped with various measures such as high and low pressure alarms, overheating protection, and anti-freezing protection to ensure the safety during the equipment operation process.
Maintenance and after-sales service:
