APPLICATIONS

ZLTZ series temperature control unit is combined with cold plates and heat sinks to achieve high heat absorption and high uniformity temperature control. The ZLTZ temperature control unit is combined with ESC chucks, vacuum chucks, etc. to achieve a temperature control range of -65℃~200℃. At the same time, one ZLTZ temperature control unit can be used with multiple ESC chucks to control different temperatures.

Product Features

Suitable for use in microchannel reactors, plate heat exchangers, cold plates, heat sink plates, tubular reactors and other places with small heat exchange area, large cooling capacity and small temperature difference. The ZLTZ temperature control unit is combined with a microchannel reactor to achieve high heat release temperature control. The equipment can automatically recycle the heat transfer medium. Under the same flow rate, the heat transfer efficiency of the heat transfer oil is more than 5 times higher. At the same time, the inlet and outlet temperature difference is small, and the temperature field is highly uniform, which is particularly suitable for applications with violent exothermic reactions.
