The principle and the function has many advantages to using staff: because only expansion of cavity in the body heat conduction medium contact with oxygen in the air (and expansion tank temperature at room temperature to 60 degrees), can achieve lower heat conduction medium absorbed by oxidation and the risk of air moisture.
No heat conduction medium evaporates at high temperature, and it can be achieved -80 ~ 190 degrees, -70 ~ 220 degrees, -88 ~ 170 degrees, -55 ~ 250 degrees, -30 ~ 300 degree continuous temperature control without pressurization.



Adopt full closed pipe design, adopt high efficiency plate heat exchanger, reducing the demand for heat conduction liquid, improve the heat utilization rate of the system, reach the rapid lifting temperature.Thermal conductive medium in a closed system, with a container, expand the heat-conducting medium not participate in circulation in the container, whether high or low temperatures, expansion tank temperature to room temperature to 60 degrees, can reduce the heat conduction medium in running the risk of absorbing the moisture and volatile.

How to Determine Freezing Water Flow Rate?

A lot of people will ask such a question when they buy a cold water machine -- how do you determine the freezing water flow of a refrigerated water unit? So which aspects should we consider the cold water flow?

1. Water pressure test of the unit in and out of the water pipe.
Detect the pressure value of the in- and out-water, then refer to instruction about the water flow under this circumstance and determine whether the water system is normal by looking at the description in the corresponding table or flow diagram of the unit. This difference is also used to determine which part of the water pipeline has a large resistance and make corresponding rectification plan and action.

2. The air inlet temperature of the compressor should be tested only when the refrigeration operation is carried out.
If the temperature of the water chiller is tested lower than zero after running for 30 minutes, then water flow is not enough on water side heat exchanger which causes evaporation temperature and pressure to fall and cause freon in evaporator flow to the compressor suction duct in evaporation heat. That brings about the fact that the compressor suction temperature below zero. In addition, the evaporation pressure and evaporation temperature caused by low temperature setting should be excluded. However, the low-temperature unit can be considered normal as long as there is 6 ~ 8 ℃ overheat of compressor suction. So under normal water flow, the compressor suction temperature generally will be greater than 0 ℃. Temperature lower than this value should be ruled out water system problems.

3. The current needs to be tested when the pump runs.
By detecting the current of the pump of water chiller and comparing with rated current, you can determine the actual water flow, whether its water flow is big or small. Refer to the parameters above, you can draw an exact water system testing analysis report.
