When the reactor circulating heating device fails and alarms, the user needs to deal with it in time, so that there will be no problems. During use, how to deal with failures and alarms?
1. Reverse-phase alarm of the reactor circulating heating device
When a reverse phase alarm occurs in the circulating heating device of the reactor, the circulating pump cannot be started. There are two reasons for the reverse phase alarm of the reactor circulation heating device. One is that the phase sequence of the three-phase power line is wrongly connected, and the other is that the reverse protector is faulty. If the phase sequence of the three-phase power line of the reactor circulation heating device is wrongly connected, just adjust the phase sequence directly. If the reverse phase protector fails, it needs to be replaced.
2. Contactor stuck alarm
The contactor of the reactor circulation heating device is stuck and alarmed, and the over-temperature indicator light will also be on. Generally, there are three reasons: one is that the heating AC contactor is stuck, the other is that the heating of the computer board keeps outputting, and there is a problem, and the third is over-temperature The protective switch has malfunctioned. When the contactor is stuck and the alarm is issued, the continuous heating of the heat transfer oil will cause danger, so deal with it in time.
3. Alarm for lack of media
In order to protect the heating pipe and circulation pump of the reactor circulating heating device, the system will stop heating when the reactor circulating heating device lacks medium. When there is a lack of medium, check whether the circulating heating device of the reactor is short of medium (lack of water or oil). If the water temperature machine shows that there is a lack of medium, the pressure value of the pressure switch can be lowered.
4. Overload alarm
When the reactor circulating heating device has an overload alarm, check whether the circulating pump of the reactor circulating heating device is overloaded. If the pump is overloaded, the overload current amperage can be increased a little.
No matter what kind of fault alarm is caused by the failure of the reactor circulating heating device, it can be judged according to the alarm light and alarm signal information.
