The refrigerant leak check should be performed before the test machine. The leak detection is mainly for the four interfaces of the internal and external connecting pipes of the household fuel cell environmental test device and the valve port of the shut-off valve. Soap water (you can also use detergent) leak detection is one of the commonly used methods in the field. After opening the valve for 10 to 15 seconds (the cabinet is 20 to 30 seconds), the valve is closed, and the parts in the system are quickly filled more than A gaseous refrigerant with an air pressure of 0.8 MPa. Apply soapy water to the suspicious point of the leak. If there is a bubble, it will leak. If it is observed for 3 minutes, no bubbles will appear.
The regular installer will check the user's power supply before installing the fuel cell environmental test device. If the requirements are not met, the user is advised to change it. The power cord is not installed in accordance with the specifications, and it is prone to leakage and fire, which endangers the user's personal safety. The installer is required to test the power supply with the associated power detection tool.
