When the battery test chiller heat load increases, other conditions remain unchanged, the evaporation temperature will rise, the low pressure will also increase, and the superheat of the suction will increase. In this case, the battery test chiller can only open a large expansion valve to increase the circulation of the refrigerant, and can not close the expansion valve due to the increase of the low pressure, reducing the low pressure. Battery test chillers do this to make the suction superheat more, the exhaust temperature rise, and the operating conditions worse. When adjusting the battery test chiller expansion valve, the amount of adjustment should not be too large. After the adjustment, it must be operated for a certain period of time to reflect whether the heat load and the cooling capacity are balanced.
The battery tests the influence of the change of the energy of the chiller compressor on the evaporation temperature. When the energy of the refrigeration compressor is increased, the suction amount of the compressor increases accordingly. Under other conditions, the high pressure rises. As the low pressure is reduced, the evaporation temperature will also decrease. When the battery test chiller refrigerant flow rate is constant, the lower the evaporation temperature, the greater the temperature difference with the heat load (hot air), the larger the cooling capacity, in other words, the lower the evaporation pressure, the larger the cooling capacity, and the same quality The same refrigerant evaporates at different temperatures, and its latent heat of vaporization is also different.
